This Sucks
So for anyone paying attention to recent news, there's a major power outage due to some high winds and massive storms (that only lasted about an hour) in the Fairfax area.
Oddly, most of the traffic lights (including one less than 500 feet from my living room) are working fine.
We, however, are in the dark. Our office is also dark.
So, if you NEED to call me, I can get net (I'm at library now, using one of my secret tunnels to ssh to prime)...703-338-2497, but please use it sparingly.
House phone is out, for those of you that have it. Fucking FIOS gives you a UPS, but it can't hold out 12+ hours.
Bleargh.
